Autumn, unlike all of the other seasons, is when I feel most compelled to use a lot of pampering products; it's cold and rainy. Frankly, it's the best time to do so. I think every girl needs time to herself to do nails or use a nice face mask. We deserve it at the end of a long week, anyway! Especially during fall, the only thing you could want more is to just lay in a warm tub, throw in a couple Lush bath bombs, light some pumpkin candles, and play some music if you ask me!
Across the blogger world, I feel like fall is one of the highest written about seasons and many people, including myself, are very excited about it.
You can never go wrong with a berry or a metallic nail polish during fall and I love Essie's, In The Lobby, and their mesmerizing silver shade, No Place Like Chrome. I found that I really like using metallic colors on an accent nail paired with this berry shade. It adds a little edge to any look and acts as a piece of jewelry. Essie's selection of colors is never-ending; there's a shade for everyone and everything.
Usually after I do my nails, I'll start a warm bath (very rarely do I take baths but, boy do I love it when I have a Lush bath bomb and only a Lush bath bomb). I gotta say, there's nothing like a tub full of color and delicious smells that could be more appealing. Even though this is a springy and fresh bath bomb, the Sakura bath bomb has been a constant favorite. I don't love strong scents anyway when it comes to what I use all over my body, so this is great for those of you who don't love overpowering fragrances. It's floral and citrusy; great for any time of the year in my opinion.
Speaking of Lush, their Catastrophe Cosmetic face mask is great for sensitive skin and does a magical job at cleansing my skin and ridding excess oils without making it even oilier. It's made of fresh blueberries (awesome) and natural essential oils (even more awesome).
Smelling of fresh Bergamot and Peppermint, Origin's Modern Friction Gentle Dermabrasion Cream, has been one of my holy grail skincare products. I do have the mini size, which I use very sparingly but, love as a light exfoliator for my skin every couple of days. It really helps clear out my pores and soften out my face.
Another mini pamper product, and a strong one at that, that I normally use following the exfoliator is the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser. I have been using this since I received it in my Sephora Birthday Gift set and sadly, I am almost out! I haven't found a better cleanser that is as strong and as light as this one. It doesn't dry out my skin and gives my skin this weird but, goddess-like glow in the morning after I have used it (maybe that's just my imagination but, who cares! I think it even makes my makeup look better).
I will have to do more shopping and looking around for more pamper products. Especially from Lush, I am oh-so-excited to try out some new fall things! If you guys have any products you love using this time of year, please share! I'd love to try something new.

Yes, I still have a mini pumpkin from last year. I love fall so much and I am beyond excited for this season to come into full effect. Especially during fall, it's cooling off and the outfit choices are much easier. You can wear jeans, boots, scarves, leggings, and so on. There are many things, besides the Pumpkin Spice Lattes, that I love about this time of year and I thought I would share them all with you guys.
1) Every Makeup Product Berry-Red Colored.I don't think there's any better time to wear a berry lip than during fall! I love the way it looks with pretty scarves and boots. Berry nails are also my fave to wear during this season.
2) Nude Nails.
I guess you could wear nude nails anytime of the year but, there's something about wearing a blushed nude during this season that's so timeless and classic. I love it!
3) Fall Scented Candles.
When Bath and Body Works and every other home goods store starts advertising their fall products--I just can't. Gimme all the fall candles, lotions, and body sprays please!
4) Blanket Scarves.
These scarves get me through pretty much every school day. They act as a warm, trendy scarf and a sleeping device! Why can't we wear these every day?
5) Suede Hats.
I haven't been very confident with hats to be honest. I find it hard to style them with my shorter hair but, I really would like to try wearing my suede hat this season; I love the way they look on people!
6) Fairy Lights Galore.
Nothing sets the Fall mood more than copious amounts of twinkly lights all over your room!
7) Rosegold Accessories.
If you know me already, rosegold has been a pretty popular favorite. However, something about fall makes rosegold accessories stand out more and I think they really compliment Fall colors.
8) Uggs.
Just warm Uggs. That's all. No explanation needed.
9) Pumpkin Picking.
My family and I go pumpkin picking every year and we have pumpkin carving contests to see who can carve the best face on the jack'o'lantern! I love buying mini gourds to put in my room, as well.
10) Late Night Reads.
I'm one to stay up on a rainy, fall night and just read a really good book with a bunch of candles and fairy lights on. Maybe even a cup of tea, too!
I hope you all enjoyed this quick little post of all things fall! I can't wait for this season. I am so excited to start getting into the fall mood! Let me know in the comments what you guys have been excited about for this season.

I thought it was time for a recent Interior post and over the past couple of weeks I have only been buying and eyeing down stuff to add to my work space. I don't know if it's the season transitioning into Fall but, I have been loving all of the interior pieces out there lately so much so that I have bought a lot of new things I really want to add to incorporate into my space. Hopefully, any of you looking to reinvent your desk space can find this helpful because I can't imagine working in a drab and boring cubicle all day.
1) Add Prints, Colors, Metals, & Textures
I believe that in order to create a less boring work space, adding different colored designs and patterns can bring any office or desk space to a happier mood. Whether that be colorful folders, different types of pens and writing utensils, rosegold binder clips or a phone case, flamingo note cards, or even a minimalist, marble planner!
2) Incorporate Plants & Flowers
Any work space can be immediately transformed and livened by a simple vase of flowers. Adding pops of color, flowers can enhance your uninspiring office into a vibrant place to do your job in. Flowers aren't just for your kitchen table!
These flowers don't even have to be bought; they can be right from your back yard. I know that huge bouquets can be costly and flowers don't last very long anyway. If the time or effort in cutting, watering, or caring for a plant isn't your strong suit, I recommend buying a cactus or a succulent because you only have to water them every couple of weeks!
3) Use Ambient Lighting
My teacher at school has a lamp on her desk and sometimes she'll leave it on during class and it makes all the difference. It's nice to have a lamp on your desk to make the space more "homier" in a way and also let you focus a bit more on whatever you are working on. Sometimes recessed lighting can deter any imagination and lighting "lighting can influence our well-being and that we can manipulate lighting to help improve our well-being" (The Huffington Post). Use something like this sweet Edison bulb I found at Papersource!
I would love to hear your thoughts about more things you can add amp up a work space. Even if this is just for an office at home, I think these tips can really benefit anyone's work ethic!
